The North East Regional Cyber Crime Unit under took their first face to face restorative conference today between a cyber offender and representatives of a company who had been the victims of a web site defacement.

The North East Regional Cyber Crime Unit under took their first face to face restorative conference today between a cyber offender and representatives of a company who had been the victims of a web site defacement. A restorative conference is a process that brings those harmed by an incident and those responsible for the harm, together, enabling everyone affected to play a part in repairing the harm and finding a positive way forward.

  • to get answers to their questions and maybe an apology
